I have a question on billing Antepartum CPT 59425 and 59426 - how do you bill the antepartum care if the patient changes insurance during that time - i.e. 2 visits to Medicaid and 7 visits to BCBSM?

Hi Debbie, Bill out 2 office visits with Medicaid and CPT 59426 with BCBS for 7 visits and just delivery with postpartum visit to BCBS if she delivers. Hope this helps.
