Yes you can but add OB gyn dx block codes. Review dx O99.34 and add F32 if documented by provider.But if OB patient mental abuse look at dx block O9A. I hope this data helps you

The pt has not been diagnosed with depression the provider is doing this as a pregnancy screening. Thank you

We were advised to assign Z13.32 for screening during pregnancy and postpartum.The pt has not been diagnosed with depression the provider is doing this as a pregnancy screening. Thank you
