Wiki Antepartum minimum to bill global?

Is there a MINIMUM amount of antepartum visits to bill global? If we have a patient that came late to care (didn't transfer care) or did not show for several prenatal visits and only had 4 or 5 visits can we bill a global (59400) or should it be a 59410 & 59425?

Global care is approx 13 visits according to ACOG. With 4-5 visits you would charge the antepartum care- 59425, and the delivery & pp care( if pp care is provided by the same provider)- 59410.
