Wiki Anterior Vertebral Corpectomies and fusions

Can someone please clarify the total number of fusions 22554 & 22585 that would be use in this scenario:
C3-4-5-6, Total anterior corpectomies of C4 & C5.
Since C4- & C5 are now gone and C3 to C6 was fused with expandable cage would this be considered one
fusion 22554 since only 2 segments were fused or would you count C3-4, C4-5, C5-6 22554 & 22585 (x2).

Code all three interspaces (22554 & 22585x2) in addition to the corpectomies and instrumentation. Only one cage? No other structural grafts?
