I want to know if anyone else is having this issue in Indiana in Dermatology.
There are new NCCI edits starting 4-1-19. Medicare and all other insurance companies are following these rules, but Anthem is still following the old bundling guidelines. They are denying a lot of my claims. This is very frustrating. I have reached out to my provider rep, but have not received a response. I have also looked all over Anthem's website and cannot find anything. Does anyone out there have any information regarding this situation?
