Hello! I am newer to ASC billing and I was wondering if anyone had information on Anthem's guidelines for billing a colonoscopy and EGD on the same day at an ASC. I have not had any issues with most other payers but Anthem has been denying the second procedure as bundled.

I have been researching it but I cannot find any definitive information one way or another.

Anyone with information would be greatly appreciated!
