New in Ophthalmology need some guidance:)

Does anybody know if we can bill an antibiotic injection code (example:68200) with a Vitrectomy? Or does anyone have any other suggestions.

I would say probably not. Do you have access to the CCI files? You can check if the code combo is bundled. These smaller procedures that are part of a bigger procedure, are usually included in the main procedure.

I work for physicians. ASCs and hospitals may have to report all the services separately on the claim though, even if not paid separately.
