looking for help in coding for antibody-mediated kidney transplant rejection. Already have the 996.81 but the additional code to identify the nature of the complication is the puzzle. Looking in the disorders involving the immune mechanism, I cannot find anything specific to antibody - perhaps 279.9 unspecified disorder of immune mechanism.

Does anyone have experience with this coding set of circumstances?
