my doc removed a CRT/D
this included: RA, RV, LV leads, plus the device, plus 2 epicardial leads

the epicardial leads were removed through an additional pocket, using an elliptical incision around the infected / affected area.

Can i bill anything more than: 33241, 33244 (2 leads and one device) ? as in the epicardial leads and the extra pocket?

thank you for any assistance anyone can provide.
