Anyone use Procentive or MedEZ for substance abuse? Both facility and professional EHR and billing? Preferable in MN. What are your thoughts on these systems?
 
We use Procentive. We are an outpt Co-occurring 245G licensed facility. There is rarely any downtime which is awesome. My providers don't complain about it. I wish we could do more like revising our templates versus them, but I came for like an clinical informatics role. With a previous MH EHR that gave us more access to set up our own system.
