Hi all, I'm interviewing next week for a position with a local hospital in the Oncology department.
Any tips or advice on how to be prepared for the interview and the job as a whole?
My background is in outpatient Nephrology, so I have no experience with CPT beyond E/M codes, and very little ICD outside of nephrology and related codes.
What are the biggest challenges? What qualities might help me be exceptional at this type of coding?
