Wiki Anyone else having a problem with Code it Rite customer service?

I wanted to evaluation the Code it Rite software by Contexto but had problems getting in the download. I have sent 2 emails with no response. A friend had the same problem and she not only emailed but left a message on their customer service line. Has anyone else had experience with this software and service?[/B]:(
