As a general rule "the mass contract companies" won't do what they promise verbally, and if you ask them to write it down-it will come with out clause(s) like...X company will try our best, but we can't promise... Just be careful and get the terms in writing with any contract company-and if any company says they can't do that-they don't really have the work they are promising you.
