Patient has talus fx as well as dislocation of subtalor joint.

Doc performed ORIF of subtalor joint dislocation, anyone know the code for this?
 
I'm not positive, but my guess would be 28585. I have "subtalar" written next to "talotarsal" in my book so I must have looked into this before.
