The MD performed a Denervation of right testicle - The ilioinguinal nerve was identified and the nerve was running right through the a prior vasectomy scar. It was elected to then excise the whole nerve and testicular branch of the ilioinguinal nerve was excised. Any suggestions on which code to use?
The MD performed a Lysis of Adhesions from scrotal incision to testicular cord - lot of adhesions from the prior scrotal incision site to the cord and then the testicle was brought up and dartos incised and then the adhesions from the prior vasectomy site to the lateral side of the scrotum were dissected out. Any suggestions on which code to use?
