Pt had AAA with talent graft placement on previous admission, now with graft migration. Procedure done on this admission with "stapling of old graft" and "placement of new graft" on the same location with stapling. In this scenario we need 2 codes (code restriction of AAA(for new graft placement- 04V03DZ) and revision of lower artery(for old graft with staple - 04WY3DZ)) or need to code restriction of AAA only?. And what is the more appropriate code for stapling of old graft. Plesae clarify
