Codes would depend on exactly how it was done.
More than likely 36246, 75625 and 75710
But all of those may be changed depending on the documentation.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
I'm currently taking classes in IVR through Coding Metrix and this is what I got; You code to the furthest area the catheter goes which is into the aorta so this is 36200, I agree w/ the radiology codes though.
