Can someone who does ASC billing help me with UB-04 value codes? We are getting denials for Block 39 needed value codes and amounts. I have researched and found a list of value codes but it is huge. Not sure which one to use? We do billing for GI procedures (colonoscopy, EGD) and we are a facility (ASC). Please help?:mad:
