I am having a terrible time finding the CPT code for this surgery. I am new in the cardiovascular coding arena and would appreciate any help from another coder. Thank you.:confused:

sometimes we need more information. Posting a HIPPAA compliant op notes helps alot. People are reluctant to give an opinion without knowing the fact. For instance is this resection thoroscopically done? Open? Need more info and people are more then willing to assist
