I had a question sent to me" What is the modifier used for appeals?" We are in New Hampshire and I have not heard of this, has anyone else heard of this?

there is not a modifier for appeals, unless you need to correct the code and append a modifier. then, generally, I would think the claim would need to be re-filed as corrected.
