Is there a procedure in here other than cerumen removal? I've never seen "I've used his insufflator to directly apply CSF powder".
Left otomicroscopy: The ear canal was partially occluded with impacted cerumen and keratin. These were cleaned with micro instruments in order to allow complete exam. No mucopus was seen. There is improvement in the inflammation of the skin of the cavity. The tympanic membrane is intact. I used his insufflator to directly apply CSF powder. I also put a tiny amount of bacitracin ointment on an area of irritated skin posteriorly.
