I am interested in getting some first-hand real life tips on how other coders found their first job, specifically how to effectively "word" a resume and what Job Sites are promising and legitimate. I need to get started!

I am having the same problem. I have a friend who is a coder in a different city and she suggested getting in touch with the local AAPC chapter officers and going to chapter meetings. I think in today's world it's about who you know, not what you know.

I agree I am also having the same problem. I feel like we worked so hard for that certificate and now we can't get a job.
