Hi,
I have an office visit for a breast exam only, patient on Premarin therapy.
Dx codes V76.10 & V07.4. I have not been able to find a CPT code that is
seems to go with these diagnoses. I have read that there is no CPT code for
a breast exam, but 99213 needs a problem.

I'm curious to find the right answer
