I'm sure I've asked before, but I'm restarting this convo...has anyone arbitrated anesthesia claims through the federal IDR?
We're starting in coming weeks (with United) and I'm curious to hear about experiences.
Which arbiter? Success rate? What factors did you include (contract history, patient acuity, etc).

Have not done this yet but would love to have you report back on your experience.
 
We're about to start arbitrating United claims. Fortunately, we had a great rate when they pulled the plug on us and can use that "4 years of contract history" as an element to bypass their fabricated QPA. I cannot believe no one else has been engaged in arbitration here :oops:
