Wiki are we able to bill a visit for bloodowkr results when labs are abnormal and there is a new diagnosis being made and treated for?

Are you just asking about contacting the patient to provide them their results, either via a patient portal or by phone? If so, I don't believe that there is anything to code there? Are you scheduling the patient to come back (even if via telehealth) for a visit to follow up and discuss the results, if so normal E&M coding guidelines would apply to the visit.
