If arotic atherosclerosis is mentioned can we code i70.0 or we will skip the code.

Hello,

I would have to ask to what extent Aortic Atherosclerosis was mentioned. If the MD diagnosed it and provided treatment absolutely capture I70.0. If the provider is considering it as a condition but it is not definitive then you do not capture it as it is not confirmed.
