The patient presents for bilateral revision of reconstructed breasts following mastectomy and revision of bilateral nipple reconstruction. I'm looking for an appropriate code for the injection of a dermal filler to improve a reconstructed nipple's projection. The 2 nipple reconstruction codes (19350-19355) describe a vastly different procedure than an injection of dermal filler..... 'Anyone?
