Can anybody suggest the correct coding of dx for "ARTEROSCLEROSIS CAROTID AND VERTEBRAL ARTERIES" is 433.10, 433.20 as it is not mentioned as bilateral or multiple. (OR) 433.10, 433.20, 433.30 as they are specifying two different arteries. Clarifications needed! Thanks
