Arthres Suture Bridge.

Hello,
I bill for and ASC and we have a doc wanting to use an Arthrex Suture Bridge for posterior heel spur repair (28119).

From what I understand it is not just a suture, but anchor fixation for the tendon. It does not dissolve or get removed. Has anyone billed for this and what HCPC?? L8699??? its for a commercial payer.

I code/bill for an ASC and we bill and get paid for the suture bridge. L8699 is the HCPCS code to use.
