I need help with the CPT for the #3 procedure in the attached op report. I'm thinking that I was told at one time that this would be unlisted, 28899 with comparison code as 28446 or 28100. Is that correct? My physician doesn't use unlisted, He uses CPT 28103. Would anyone be willing to help me with this?
