On going debate as to when it is appropriate to use 27095. Also for the situation similar to below would it be 27095, 73525 or 20610
"A right hip arthrogram was performed in the standard fashion, with contrast with an 18-gauge spinal needle. We examined this hip under fluoroscopy and anesthesia; there was some subluxation with external rotation; I could flex him up to 60 deg of flexion, abduction out to 40 deg after the adductor lengthening. Approximately 40 milligrams of Kenalog was drawn into a syringe, approximately 1 cc. We then used 4 cc of 0.2% ropivacaine to complete the cocktail. We then aspirated to protect for any neurovascular issues and then injected the full 5 cc's of the cocktail and without difficulty."
