Hello all!

I am wondering how to appropriately code an Arthrogram done in our hospital CT suite. The Radiologist came into the CT suite to perform the Arthrogram on the Rt Shoulder. So, with that said should I code all of the following?

23350-Rt Shoulder injection
73040-Rt Arthrography S & I
77012-Rt CT Guidance for needle loc of contrast injection
73201-Rt CT upper extremity w/contrast

Any help would be great! Thanks in advance!!
