I bill for the radiologist (professional component) and when a joint has been injected using fluoro and then an arthrography is performed I code it as an enhanced arthrography. However, the hospital (technical component)states that they do not because they would be double dipping because of charging for the flouro and the contrast. I say they should also charge the procedure as enhanced. Who is correct?-
