DR STATES HE DEBRIDED THE TUNNEL AND THEN A UNICORTICAL DOWEL WAS PLACED INTO THE POSTERIOR TUNNEL. THEN COMBO OF CORTICOCANCELLOUS BONEGRAFT AND GRAFTON PUTTY WAS PLACED INTO THE ANTERIOR TUNNEL.

This is an ACL reconstruction being done in two stages, the ligament graft was not performed during this session. Not sure how to code just the bone graft placement!
