Does anyone have a problem getting the following codes paid when performing a shoulder arthroscopy- 29824,29823 and 29826? Our payers seem to only want to pay for two out of the three; 29823 is continually denied as inclusive, although coding info states it should be allowed with 29824. Ref AAPC Article from Dec. 2019 Update Your Understanding of Shoulder Arthroscopy Codes.
