Wiki Arthroscopy debridement of menicus cyst?

Does anyone know what would be a proper CPT for an arthroscopic debridement of a meniscal cyst? I found the code for an open (27347) but not arthroscopic.
Would the 29875 arthroscopy synovectomy limited be appropriate? It isn't a synovial cyst though. There wasn't any meniscectomy done or repair.

My guess is that you will need to use the unlisted code 29999 with 27347 as the comparison. I have not had one of these for a long time so maybe others have another suggestion?
