went to CMS website , did not see , had other dates just not 2012

Have you tried the website for your Medicare contractor? That's where I get ours...WPS up here....Pinnacle for part B down there?

ASC Fee Schedule

You should go to the ASCA website you can login as a guest to view the Medicare fee schedules

Your Medicare contractor's website should have it. For us we go to cahabagba.com
