Pt is having repair, grafts repaired in ASC facility after excision or moh's we are billing POS 24 and the repair code.
Is there another claim should be filed for Professional Component for ASC claims?
 
The surgeon performing the repair will bill the professional claim and the ASC will bill the facility claim. It's no different than any other procedure that would be performed in a facility.
