Hi, does anyone know if you can bill separately from the facility charge for a cement mixing bowl and Pulsavac for an ASC? I have been looking everywhere and can not find any information on it. This is for an partial knee replacement and ACL reconstruction.

What was your action on this and what was the response you received? I have researched this a bit and can not find codes for what you're asking specifically, only dollar amounts. What was your action moving forward with this claim so I can look further into this if needed?
