New to ASC coding and need assistance with implant/graft coding.
For ACL reconstruction cases, can we bill for implants as well as allograft in two separate lines, ie, one for the implant/screws, etc and another for allograft? If yes, what are the codes used (C1713 & C1716)? Also wanted to know how it's billed for different payers such as Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial.
Are there any references I can use for ASC implant/graft billing or any courses I can sign up for?
