I posted the question below under ophthalmology but haven't received a response. The question is really more of an ASC question not necessarly an ophthalmology question. Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you

Procedure code 67145 has a 90 day global period for one or more sessions for the rendering physician. If it is repeated within the 90 day global period it is no charge, however, can an ASC charge be assessed or would that be considered no charge as well?
