I work for a Dermatologist that wants to become and ambulatory surgery center. I have no idea where to begin, how to learn how to bill for that, dont even know reimbursment wise if it would be worth it. Is there anyone out there who is willing to answer a bunch of questions. You can find a list of reimbursable codes by Medicare on this website:

This is a good place to start. Medicare also has an ASC section on its website.

For the rest of the payment info, you will need to establish contracts with the insurance companies you wish to be affliated with. The above sites are a great place to start. Also some magazine websites like Becker's ASC and Outpatient Surgery magazine are really good to.
