I'm trying to find out if there are any ASC procedures in our Pain Management practice that require fluoroscopy? My assumption is if the code states "with imaging guidance (fluoroscopy or CT)" it should be done. Can anyone confirm this? Thank you!

I cannot imagine anyone doing ESIs, facet injections, stellate ganglions, etc., without imaging.
