I have a question regarding tissue expanders. Has anyone found a code for when the physician aspirates saline from a breast tissue expander? After my research my thoughts are if patient is in a post op period it would be included in the post op and if they were out of their global period it would be part of the E/M visit. Can anyone tell me if I am on the right track?
