Hello, I work for an Urgent Care company. I have a chart here for a patient who was pushed in the chest by another resident at his group home. When the caregiver brought the patient in, he had no complaints whatsoever, and there is no record in the documentation of any actual injury or symptoms. The provider coded V15.59 (history of injury NEC) and E960.0 (fight). I am not comfortable with the V-code, as there is no record of an injury. Any ideas on what code I should use here? Thank you.

Use a V71 code first then the E code secondary thing is not a history of an injury this is a suspected injury not found
