OHSU is looking for Assistant Integrity Officers, this position will work with the Clinical Enterprise Integrity Officer on the risk assessment, project selection, project design, and performance of audits and reviews to provide advanced support to OHSU related to federal and state requirements governing clinical documentation, coding, and the revenue cycle. This position will take an active part in leading the process to review data from the billing process, design projects to review medical record documentation to evaluate coding, researching and understanding the billing requirements, and monitoring the appeals process for denied claims are key aspects of the Clinical Integrity team and this position
