Hi! Does anyone have a list of common urological procedures that allow for an assistant? Is there a certain code set that always allows one? Trying to compile a list for our providers to reference but there are so many codes I was hoping someone would have something to give me a head start.

Also, our APPs will be assisting at times-- this is modifier AS correct? If an assistant surgeon allowed, does that automatically mean an assistant APP is allowed? Thanks!
