I really did not know what group to put this question under.

Can anyone lead me to information on who is allowed to be an assistant surgeon as well as bill as an assistant surgeon? Legal requirements?

Any information would be helpful.

Licensed, credentialed, scope of practice

A licensed and credential provider, whose scope of practice includes the procedure(s).

Could be MD, DO, PA, NP.
