Can you bill assistant surgeon (80) on a robotic procedure 58571 . Which physcian should append the 80. My GYN ONCOLOGIST was asked to assist on procedure,But GYN has not been completey credental at the facility and has already used her 2 proctored cases DONNA HAWKINS CPC
