I have a provider that did a vaginal hysterectomy with another physician as the assistant. I coded the hysterectomy as 58260 (per size) for the first provider and the assistant 58260-80. The assistant then did a suburethral sling with Boston Scientific Advantage by herself and then finished the case by herself. What code would I use for the sling and what modifier?
